UK CGFI researchers shaped discussions in several sessions at Oxford Sustainable Finance Summit 2025, which took place 16-17th July in Oxford.

The Summit was convened by CGFI Founding Director and Director of Oxford Sustainable Finance Group, Dr Ben Caldecott, who also chaired the panel “Future of climate politics internationally: tackling polarisation in the age of Trump”

Dr Gireesh Shrimali, Head of Transition Finance Research, chaired the panel “Financing India’s Green Transition”, featuring a public launch of the India Transition Finance project from CGFI and Oxford Sustainable Finance Group.

Christophe Christiaen, Head of Innovation & Impact, chaired the panel “Spatial Finance to reduce sustainability reporting burdens: Fix or fad?”
