The Mission Climate Ready report highlights data as a significant gap in UK policy, slowing the flow of finance towards climate change adaptation measures.

Published by the Green Finance Institute, Smith School of Enterprise and the Environment and Environmental Change Institute (ECI), the report features a range of CGFI collaborations and work, including:

  • The Global Resilience Index Initiative as a case study of Investing in Data as a Public Good;
  • The GRII report and database of adaptation targets and metrics – identifying metrics across existing disclosure standards, taxonomies and frameworks from 30 different bodies – produced by Dr Mark Bernhofen and Dr Nicola Ranger.
  • The Learning from CBES research project, the aims of which include strengthening capability of UK and global financial institutions in scenario-analysis and stress testing.
